Return Procedure

Step 1

Verify that the product you are trying to return/exchange actually can be returned/exchanged

Valid reasons for a return are:

• Product is defective and does not function as advertised even after following the included usage instructions carefully
• Hairfor2 Hair Thickener sprays erratically or does not spray at all even though there is product inside
• contact info@hairfor2.ca to request a return if you still think your product should qualify for a return

Valid reasons for a exchange are:

• Product is defective and does not function as advertised even after following the included usage instructions carefully
• Hairfor2 Hair Thickener sprays erratically or does not spray at all even though there is product inside
• Hairfor2 Hair Thickener is not the right color to match your hair
• We sent you the wrong product and you did not get what you ordered
• contact info@hairfor2.ca to request a exchange if you still think your product should qualify for a return

Step 2

After verifying the product qualifies for a return/exchange please follow the instructions below:

First contact info@hairfor2.ca and let us know your reason for wanting an exchange/return, after this we will give you a return/exchange authorization code which you will have to either write on the package or on a note inside the package.

If you qualify for a Exchange please send us back the product at your expense and we will send you the new product at our expense

If you qualify for a Return please send the product back to us at your own expense and we will refund your money less original shipping and handling

If we made a mistake and you are trying to get your product returned/exchanged because we sent you a different product from what you ordered then shipping is on us but please contact us at info@hairfor2.ca ahead of time so we can arrange for shipping for you.
